H.E. Ambassador Kubanychbek Omuraliev, Secretary General of the OTS, expressed his appreciation to Mr. Jafarov for his dedication, professionalism, and significant contributions to the work of the Secretariat and to the strengthening of cooperation among the Turkic States. He underscored Mr. Jafarov’s role in enhancing the institutional capacity of the Secretariat and in effectively implementing the tasks entrusted by the Member States.
In his remarks, Mr. Jafarov conveyed his gratitude to the Secretary General and colleagues for their support, noting that the Secretariat’s achievements were a result of collective effort. He reiterated the significance of strengthening the Turkic unity.
The Secretariat will announce the appointment of a new Deputy Secretary General in due course.
