Orhun Exchange Program
The purpose of this Regulation is to regulate the procedures and principles regarding student and teaching staff exchange program between member universities of Turkic Council Turkic Universities Union. This Regulation contains the principles and procedures of student and teaching staff exchange between higher education institutions of Turkic Universities Union.

The goals of these regulations are to determine the basis for the exchange of teachers and students between higher educational institutions that are members of the Turkic Council Turkic Universities Union. 2025/2026 Orhun Exchange Program Application
Orhun Exchange Program will start in the Spring Term of the 2025/2026 Academic Year for students and academic staff of the Organization of Turkic States TURKUNIB member universities.
Participating countries and universities include Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Hungary, Uzbekistan, and Turkey.
